Terms and Conditions for SMS Communication

By opting in to text message communication with Carguys Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline how we use and protect the information exchanged through text messages.

1. Purpose of Communication

Text messaging is used exclusively for business-related purposes, including:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Providing updates or notifications about services.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests.

We will not use text messages for unsolicited marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent. You will receive messages weekly or up to 5 messages per month, plus additional messages as needed to communicate about your services.  You may reply HELP at any time to for assistance.  Message and data rates may apply.

2. Privacy Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  • Any information you share via text message (e.g., contact details, service preferences, or personal data) will be used solely to provide the services you request.
  • Your information will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without your explicit permission, except as required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

By opting in, you agree:

  • To use text communication responsibly and refrain from sending inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • To notify us immediately if you suspect your information has been misused.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of text communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from our system unless you opt in again.

5. Limits of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information, Carguys Auto Detailing is not liable for:

  • Technical issues that may disrupt communication.
  • Unauthorized access to your device or text messaging system.

 

6. Carguys Auto Detailing Text Communication Opt-In Policy

By opting into our text messaging system, you agree to receive text messages from Carguys Auto Detailing strictly for the following purposes:
• Confirming and scheduling your appointment
• Communicating about the condition of your vehicle
• Providing updates on your service progress
• Notifying you of pick-up and drop-off times

We will never use this system for non Carguys related marketing, promotions, or any unrelated business. Your information will remain private and will not be shared with third parties.
